Be Faithful in the Small Things
Sis,
We often pray for the big opportunities.
The promotion.
The business.
The ministry.
The platform.
The breakthrough.
But while we’re waiting for the “big,” God is watching how we handle the “small.”
What if your next blessing is connected to your faithfulness today?
Sometimes we overlook the little moments because they don’t seem significant. We think our daily acts of obedience don’t matter. But throughout Scripture, God consistently honored those who were faithful before they were famous.
David faithfully tended sheep before he became a king.
Ruth faithfully cared for Naomi before she experienced restoration.
The disciples faithfully followed Jesus before they changed the world.
God has always been more interested in faithfulness than fame.
Maybe your current assignment feels ordinary.
Maybe you’re serving your family.
Showing up for work.
Caring for others.
Building your business one customer at a time.
Teaching your students with excellence.
Praying even when no one sees.
Encouraging people while you’re still waiting on your own breakthrough.
Sis, don’t underestimate those moments.
Every act of obedience is planting a seed.
Every prayer is building your faith.
Every kind word, every sacrifice, every step of obedience matters to God.
The world celebrates visible success, but Heaven celebrates faithful hearts.
So don’t despise where you are.
Be faithful with what God has placed in your hands today, and trust Him with what He is preparing for tomorrow.
When you remain faithful in the little things, God knows you can be trusted with greater things.
Scripture of the Week
“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” — Luke 16:10
