đź’Ş Empowered: A 4-Week Bible Study for Women Who Are Ready to Rise
Theme: Boldly stepping into your God-given authority and calling
Author: Natasha Lackey | Girl, I See You!

đź“– WEEK 1: You Are Stronger Than You Think
Scripture Focus:
-
2 Corinthians 12:9 – “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.”
-
Isaiah 40:29-31 – “He gives strength to the weary…”

Devotional Thought:
Empowerment isn’t about being fearless—it’s about knowing where your strength comes from. God doesn’t wait for you to have it all together; He empowers you as you go. Your limits are the perfect place for His power to show up.

Reflection Questions:
-
Where do you feel most weak right now?
-
How might God be asking you to rely on His strength instead of your own?

Action Step:
Write a “strength statement” — one area where God’s power is sustaining you despite weakness.
đź“– WEEK 2: Speak Boldly, Live Boldly
Scripture Focus:
-
Proverbs 18:21 – “The tongue has the power of life and death.”
-
Acts 4:31 – “They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the Word of God boldly.”

Devotional Thought:
Your words shape your world. God empowers women not just to believe quietly—but to speak boldly, pray boldly, and act courageously. You don’t have to shrink back. You were created to declare, to lead, and to shift atmospheres with your faith and your voice.

Reflection Questions:
-
What have you been speaking over yourself lately—truth or defeat?
-
Is there something God is prompting you to say, pray, or release?
Action Step:
Declare bold affirmations over your life using Scripture. Write them and speak them aloud every morning this week.
đź“– WEEK 3: Empowered for Purpose

Scripture Focus:
-
Ephesians 2:10 – “You are God’s masterpiece, created...to do good works.”
-
Jeremiah 1:5 – “Before I formed you...I appointed you…”

Devotional Thought:
You are not just empowered to survive—you are empowered to fulfill purpose. God has uniquely gifted you to impact lives, not just within your home, but beyond. Your story, your pain, your skills—all of it is part of the calling. When you walk in purpose, others get free too.

Reflection Questions:
-
What passion or burden do you carry that won’t go away?
-
How can your personal story become a tool for healing others?

Action Step:
List 3 gifts or experiences God has given you. Ask: How can I use these to serve someone this week?
đź“– WEEK 4: Walk in Power, Not Perfection

Scripture Focus:
-
2 Timothy 1:7 – “For God has not given us a spirit of fear…”
-
Romans 8:37 – “In all these things we are more than conquerors…”

Devotional Thought:
Empowered women are not perfect—they’re surrendered. The enemy uses shame to silence, but God uses grace to strengthen. Your mistakes do not disqualify you. Power comes from understanding that even in your process, God is with you—and He has equipped you to win.

Reflection Questions:
-
Where has perfectionism held you back?
-
What would it look like to lead, write, serve, or speak while still in progress?

Action Step:
Take one bold step this week that you’ve been putting off because of fear or “not being ready.”
